Jonathan Davar Golding -- CEO
Jonathan brings more than 25 years of experience developing software and products, and has over a decade of senior management and executive experience. His areas of expertise include social networking, computer networking, security, and virtualization. He has recently focused on ideas and companies that improve life and the environment, both physically and emotionally. Jonathan has led product development at Redwood Systems, Tropos, Xsigo, Desana, and Cisco.

Ron Sege -- President and COO, 3Com
Ron is responsible for the company's day-to-day operations outside of China, accelerating the global adoption of products developed by the company's H3C operations and ensuring the company provides world-class service and support to its customers and partners.

Before joining 3Com, Ron was President and CEO of Tropos Networks, a provider of wireless broadband networks, from 2004 to 2008. He is currently on Tropos' Board of Advisors. Prior to Tropos, he was President and CEO of Ellacoya Networks, Inc., a provider of broadband service optimization solutions based on deep packet inspection technology. During his career, Ron also served as Executive Vice President of Lycos, Inc., the Internet search engine. He previously spent nine years at 3Com Corporation, from 1989-1998, serving in a variety of senior management roles, including Executive Vice President, Global Systems Business Unit.

Ron is a frequent speaker on networking, financial, market and industry trends and issues at major trade shows and conferences around the world. He has more than 20 years of experience in managing high-growth businesses in the networking industry, and holds an MBA from Harvard University and a bachelor's degree from Pomona College.

Peter De Courcy Hero -- Caltech
Peter is currently Senior Fellow at the Center for Social Innovation at the Stanford Graduate School. From 1989-2006 he was President and CEO of Community Foundation Silicon Valley (CFSV). Prior to this position, Peter was President of the Maine College of Art, a 4-year college of art and design. He holds an MBA from Stanford University of Business, an MA (With Distinction) in Art History from Williams College, and (Honorary) Doctor of Laws from Maine College of Art.

In 1991, Peter was appointed by President George H. Bush to a six-year term in the National Council for the Arts, confirmed by the U.S. Senate. Other recent recognition includes the John Gardner Leadership Award (given by the American Leadership Forum), Lifetime Achievement in the Arts (by Arts Council Silicon Valley), and, in statewide recognition by the California Arts Council, Exemplary Contributions to the Arts.

Fortune Magazine, in an extensive article on CFSV, noted that: "It is Peter Hero, more than anyone else, who has shown Silicon Valley how to give…by channeling the area's distinctive culture into an unusual brand of charity: demanding, ambitious, self-conscious, creative, even risky -- everything you'd expect from Silicon Valley."
