The ThriveProgress Suites are designed to help students recognize and build on their strengths, as well as to improve the ways they cope with stress and emotions in different situations. While ThriveProgress is not meant to be treatment, it is ideal for concerned parents to offer either in conjunction with clinical treatment or as a standalone tool for risk reduction.

ThriveProgress uses techniques derived from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help students work through feelings and behaviors that may be challenging. The ThriveProgress suite is made up of programs shown to have a significant effect on risk for depression and eating disorders -- further trials showing its effect on symptoms of anxiety are pending. Let ThriveProgress provide a way for your student to work through difficulties in a confidential, supportive environment.
