Essentials For College

Based on feedback from parents and counselors, Thrive developed a comprehensive program of health and wellness for individuals seeking an introductory overview. The common denominator among parents who choose this program for their children is the desire to remove barriers that restrict their children from reaching their true potential -- whatever those barriers may be. These parents are passionately motivated to enhance basic life skills. They understand the power of overall health and wellness and are willing to get involved.

Essentials provides an introduction to behavior change in key areas of a student's life. Subject areas covered in the program include fitness, nutrition, sleep, alcohol use, positive psychology, and stress prevention.
